The Dairy UK Occupational Health & Safety Conference was held in Worcester on May 20th and record numbers were present on this informative and interactive day.
The new Guidelines for the Safe Use and Movement of Milk Trolleys were launched during the conference. Two other guides - Safe Systems for Working at Height on Milk Tankers / Prevention of Slips and Trips in the Dairy Industry will be launched shortly.
Further lively presentations from Eilidh Milnes and Quentin Emery had the audience members participating in a number of tasks to demonstrate that, by thinking differently, you can use many different ways to communicate key health and safety messages.
A full report on the conference is available in The Digest in the Publications section.
