The Dairy UK Executive drives and implements the strategies defined by the main Board, with regional activity directed by Scottish and Northern Irish Boards.

Dairy UK operates several committees and working groups covering areas of work including policy and economics, environment and sustainability, supply chain integrity, nutrition and health as well as occupational health and safety.

Dairy farmers are given a powerful voice through the Farmers' Forum which advises the Dairy UK Board on farming issues.

Dairy UK also has three wholly-owned subsidiaries including The Dairy Council, the British Cheese Board and Dairy Energy Savings.
